Canon Medical commits to tackling sonographer burnout through education and empowerment at BMUS 2024

At this year’s BMUS, Canon Medical will showcase the Aplio i-series and brand new Aplio me – designed to improve clinical workflows, boost diagnostic productivity, and enhance the sonographer experience. Canon Medical will also be joined by Dr. Judith Johnson, Clinical Psychologist, to discuss the topic of sonographer burnout and psychological wellbeing within healthcare.

BMUS delegates will get to see the Aplio i-series and Aplio me in action and learn more about the key features on offer to support ultrasound users in their demanding roles. In addition to boosting new levels of imaging capability, the equipment offers outstanding ergonomic design which helps increase productivity, as well as improving operator wellbeing.

Canon Medical will also present an array of educational and clinical resources tailored for ultrasound departments. From their complimentary Medical Imaging Education platform to the comprehensive Applications for You programme, clinicians benefit from continuous training and support. This ongoing professional development helps ensure they remain confident, skilled, and engaged in their roles, empowering them to deliver high quality patient care.
