Mental health support

 

As a company that’s signed the Mental Health at Work Commitment, we are actively working to create an environment where team members can thrive.

Some of our team are trained as Mental Health First Aiders, offering colleagues confidential, informal support, helping to reduce stigma and create an environment where mental health conversations are welcomed and normalised.

All managers receive comprehensive mental health awareness training, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to support their teams effectively. This helps to create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels heard and valued.

We also provide a range of wellbeing resources through our  Employee Assistance Programme and Wellbeing App, empowering team members to take proactive care of their health.


Annual bespoke wellbeing programme

 

Guided by team feedback, each year we tailor our Wellbeing Programme to address the areas most important to our team members. Our programme covers a different wellbeing theme each month, providing resources through emails, WhatsApp, and webinars.

For example, a recent theme was our “Reset and Recharge” month, where individuals were able to choose a recharge gift, like a subscription to the Headspace app or painting kits, to support mental and emotional renewal.

It also has a 24/7 helpline, which individuals can call for wellbeing support.
