MR Modality Manager

After qualifying as a Diagnostic Radiographer in 1996 in Australia, I enjoyed working across multiple hospitals and clinics for a leading private practice. The lure of travel took me abroad in 2004 when I moved to the UK and continued working in diagnostic imaging. I have been fortunate to work in both the private sector and NHS in the UK before joining Canon Medical in 2007 as an MRI Applications Specialist. Since this time, I have enjoyed several roles with Canon Medical, including that of MRI Product Specialist, before moving to my current role of MRI Modality Manager. My enthusiasm to continue learning, and desire to support our customers in numerous ways, lead to me being one of the first in the UK to gain MRSO (MR Safety Officer) accreditation in 2019.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me and my varied experience in medical imaging has given me a broad understanding of the challenges our customers face. The pressures on modern healthcare, especially in our current environment, are continually increasing. I enjoy working with our customers to truly understand their individual needs, ensuring we offer the best possible solutions. Leading a team of highly motivated and experienced MRI Applications and Product Specialists, we strive to be a partner of excellence.
