I joined the company as an X-Ray Field Service Engineer in 2010 with 12 years’ experience in Field Service, 4 of those in medical. This gave me a solid background in on site customer support and prepared me for what have been 9 difficult but extremely rewarding years with the company.

My current role as Regional Team Leader for the Midlands and North involves all aspects of Customer Facing Support with a team of highly skilled and dedicated Engineer’s across the 4 modalities CT, X-Ray, MRI and US providing our customers with the best support from installation throughout the lifetime of the equipment.

We constantly adapt to our customers’ needs and pride ourselves on our Customers satisfaction and the Uptime of the equipment in our region in the knowledge that the systems we install and maintain empower them to provide the very best in patient care.
