Technical Manager – CT
Working for several competitors in this time has allowed me to develop my knowledge of CT and problem solving skills. Heading up the CT technical support team presents many different challenges as we deal with all facets of the business from fault escalations, unique projects, engineer training, sales, contracts, QA, to Applications support and assisting Operational Service with technical help. Some would say we are the go-to team when people are stuck finding information to solve problems!
The flexibility and trust offered by Canon to my role, allows us as a technical team to fill in what was previously a black hole in the business, where issues were falling by the wayside, so it is a rewarding feeling to know we are helping others towards their goals and most importantly the customer as we strive for the continued growth success of Canon Medical Systems.
