Service Support Manager

I joined Canon Medical Systems as a Service Coordinator in 2010. I have worked in Healthcare Support for over 20 years, this has given me a varied overview of the needs and requirements of our customers.

My current role as Service Support Manager involves ensuring the service support team work towards maintaining high customer satisfaction. This involves working with all areas of the business to enable Canon Medical Systems to deliver a personal service to our customers. My team cover all aspects of service support including; call management, PPM planning, upgrades, modifications and installations.
