Crawley

  • Rotating work pattern between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00, including late and early patterns alongside normal working hours (including 1 in 10 on call weekends)

Do you have excellent organisation and planning skills? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Service team as a Service Support Coordinator.

About the role:

Here at Canon Medical Systems, our mission is to provide medical professionals with diagnostic medical imaging solutions that support their efforts in contributing to the health and wellbeing of patients worldwide. As our Service Support Coordinator, you will ensure that our day-to-day service support activities are completed smoothly and effectively. Your excellent customer service skills and ability to react in a timely manner will be essential to this role, as you will be responsible for responding to incoming customer calls, ensuring they are logged on our CRM system and appropriately escalated to the relevant service member.

No day will be the same in this role, as you will also play a pro-active role in ensuring all services, upgrades and planned maintenance are scheduled for our customers. This will include assigning planned maintenance tasks to our engineers and co-ordinating their schedules, as well as regular communication with our customers to ensure they are updated on timescales. In addition, you will also ensure all service and commercial parts are ordered and that quotations are raised, thus ensuring maximum service efficiency.

  • Demonstrable experience in administration and/or similar role.
  • Previous experience in scheduling and/or coordinating engineer or team members’ diaries would be preferred.

  • Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate and capable of learning new computer systems.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with a background in administration or customer service. About the role:

As our Sales Coordinator, your responsibility will be to provide a key administrative support function to our Ultrasound team.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver a superior customer experience, by assisting customers with their enquiries in a timely fashion. You will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Sales and Applications teams, with responsibility for creating quotations and other sales documentation, coordinating and submitting proposals, the administration of education events, and other responsibilities where required.

As our Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering on our philosophy and supporting our Ultrasound team to deliver exceptional service. This is a field-based role and will involve regular travel across the South East of the UK, while also providing occasional support to other regions in the UK if required. We are looking for the successful individual to be based around Kent and East Sussex to support our customer installed bases in this region.

Your excellent customer service skills will prove highly valuable in this role, as you will work both individually and as part of a team to ensure our customers’ needs are met. You will ensure our equipment has the maximum possible uptime in line with business performance indicators and ISO quality management systems.
