With over 30 years’ experience in delivering customer service in the Medial Sector has enabled me to define what ‘Going the Extra Mile’ means. Unsurpassed quality, true customer focus delivered by people with the same attributes and the right skills really does allow us to stand out from the rest.

With an electronics apprenticeship background, which soon developed into a keep interest in technology management, this understanding of how to use technology into improving service delivery is still right and relevant today.

And that is still true today. With 16 years at Canon Medical, there is still a passion and enthusiasm from the team to make sure our service is right and appropriate for the important part we play in healthcare.
